At Floraïku, we want you to be delighted with your fragrance experience. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully place the items in their original Floraïku box, ensuring the protective seal is intact, and include the completed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
